Calculate your A1C levels and compare to common levels
and blood glucose target ranges.

Your blood glucose level measures how much glucose (sugar) is in your blood at the specific moment when you check it. Your A1C (also known as HbA1C) is the average of your blood glucose levels over the past few months.

A1C is the standard metric that healthcare professionals use to measure a person's diabetes management. To best take care of
your health, it's important to understand the relationship between A1C and blood glucose levels, and know your target ranges for both measures.

Once you define your targets for blood glucose and A1C, you can then set your personal “time
in range” goal (the percent of time each day that you spend with blood glucose values in your target range) to help with your day-to-day diabetes management.
